One of the pillars in which curricular reform is maintained in our country comes to be educational supervision, a systematic process that should seek to develop the skills and competencies of classroom teachers in order to improve teaching performance and thus ensure the achievement of student learning. The main objective of the study has been to determine the relationship between educational supervision and learning achievement of secondary school students from educational institutions located in the Jesus Nazareno district of the department of Ayacucho. The research approach used was quantitative and the design used in the research process was the descriptive correlational. The study sample consisted of 60 teachers and the technique and the instrument used to record data was the survey and the questionnaire. The results obtained show that 51.7% (31) of teachers think that educational supervision is good and 60.0% (36) of teachers think that the learning achievements reached by students are located in the expected achievement assessment , evidencing the effectiveness of this methodological strategy.
The conclusions affirm that there is a direct and significant relationship between educational supervision and learning achievements, because the value of rho = 0.613, which means that the follow-up, accompaniment and monitoring in the classroom, favors the didactic processes and ensures the achievement of student learning.
