Abstract

This paper shows the design, considerations, procedures, techniques and results of the video streaming system development that is part of the project: «Development of an administration and communication platform using streaming technology for the Ann Sullivan Center of Peru E-Learning program : A technological alternative to teach professionals and families of people with different abilities». This project was proposed by INICTEL to the Concurso Nacional de Subvenciones para Proyectos PROCYT organized by CONCYTEC (Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica).
